    Workshop Repairs

    Please get in touch with us first, either by email or fill out our contact form to discuss your repair. We will require the model number, a fault description and your contact. We will then be able to provide assistance and a no obligation quote. In some cases we need to investigate and diagnose a fault before we’re able to quote. In this instance we quote for inspection which is only charged if you decide not to proceed with a repair.

    Premium Sameday Service – this is available for an additional fee and is provided only on certain equipment/models. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to make an appointment.

    On-site Repairs

    Please contact us with the model number, fault and your location. This can be emailed or making use of our contact form. Once we’ve reviewed the enquiry we will be able to assist and advise on likely costs involved and lead times. This can vary depending on your location and spare parts availability.

    BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

    Once a quotation has been agreed, we will ask for a purchase order before arranging a site visit. We offer 30 day payment terms providing we have received a purchase order.
