HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
STEP ONE
Please get in touch with us first, either by email or fill out our contact form to discuss your repair. We will require the model number, a fault description and your post code/location. We will then be able to provide assistance and a no obligation quote.
STEP TWO
Once you’re happy to proceed with your quote, we will arrange a convenient date/time for a repair appointment. We can usually provide a 2 hour window with appointments and will usually call/message you when on-route.
SCHOOLS/BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Once agreed with the quote, we will ask for a purchase order before arranging a site visit. We offer 30 day payment terms providing we have received a purchase order.
