ABOUT US

Back in 2003 we started Puretech out as husband and wife team, where focus on a personal service was our starting point. This is important to us and really helped us map out an approach to our business, in providing a really friendly professional and personal service whether its a repair carried out in the home or working on-stage at the Royal Albert Hall.

We’ve worked very hard over the years to get Puretech recognised as one of the UK’s best repair service centres. We are proud to be an Authorised Service Centre for several manufacturers and continue to strive in improving and growing as a company. We’ve been able to support our customers and their musical instruments we’ve repaired, providing a cost effective service and in turn preventing alot of electronic equipment going to waste.  Music continues to be a large part of our lives, as we both play piano, brass, woodwind and even known to dabble in some percussion and guitar. And we’ve been able to pass this love for music to our children.

We’re excited for the future of Puretech and now have a small team working with us. We hope to continue to grow and offer our services to customers around the UK. Writing this in 2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic, we hope live music and theatre recovers soon as we have missed working with you – many are regular customers.
