Repairs

Repairs are carried out on-site and we will always provide an initial quote before coming out. We carry a large quantity of spare parts for the Yamaha systems and carryout both warranty and non-warranty repairs for Yamaha UK. Repairs include:

• electronic system diagnostics,
• replacement electronic and piano parts,
• piano action regulation
• keyboard calibration

We can support Touring Artists, Recording studios and Musicals/theatre and have attended numerous venues including; Royal Albert Hall, The O2, Wembley Arena, RSC, and many more across the UK.

We can service the DKC controllers both floppy disk systems and CD drives. We have full workshop facilities which allow us to work on these controllers away from site. You can even send in your DKC controller to be serviced.

We also have a test bed for the Power Supply (SMPS) on the MarkII and MarkIII disklavier and the Grantouch pianos. We are able to test/diagnose these and repair to component level with a good stock of parts.

Upgrades

Aswell as repairs, we can carryout Upgrades on the Disklavier and Silent Systems. We can upgrade your system to Integrate with your Network offering you internet connectivity for streaming services and Tablet or smart phone control of the Piano.

Yamaha E3 System Upgrade

We can now supply and install this upgrade for the Mk2 and Mk3 systems. Installation is carried out in the home/premises. Please get in touch to discuss upgrade options and we’ll be happy to help.

Disklavier Installations

We can install your new or used Yamaha Disklavier. This includes a complete post delivery check over & test. And on the more modern system, includes network setup to integrate your disklavier to allow internet access and disklavier app control using a tablet or phone. Once setup we can provide a demonstration.
