The majority of faults found on electronic musical
instruments are repairable, so it's always worth contacting us and
discussing your options. We offer a callout service for repairs
on-site to larger sized musical instruments. For smaller musical
instruments including keyboards, amplifier's and coomber units, we
can repair these in our workshop with our collect and return
delivery service.

Warranty Repairs your instrument's
warranty is held with the manufacturer or the music retailer you
purchased it from. This means you must first contact the music
retailer to report the fault under the instrument's warranty and
pass on our details to recommend us to carryout the repair. Once we
have been contacted by your music retailer, only then can we proceed
with a warranty repair. We carry out warranty repairs for many
dealers and also manufacturer's: Yamaha-Kemble UK and Roland UK.
Non-Warranty Repairs contact us for
a free no obligation quote. We can quote the majority of the time
over the phone. Occasionally we may need to obtain prices for parts
that may be required. There are occasions when faults can only be
diagnosed on-site in which case a callout charge would be
applicable, a price can be obtained for this by contacting
us.
'While U Wait' repair service we can
offer a repair service while u wait on most keyboard instruments.
This is an appointment only service so please contact us, with model
number to hand, to arrange an appointment. The advantages of a while
u wait repair is that its done immediately, no long wait when
sending your instruments off for repair.

supply spare parts and manuals for most makes and models. Please
